Puya Ventures LLC operates this site. References to “Player Originals,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean that business.

• Contact information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address.
• Design inputs, including prompts, names, numbers, photographs, artwork, and feedback you submit in the creation experience.
• Order and delivery information after checkout launches. Payment details are expected to be processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
• Basic technical and usage information, such as device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages visited, and error records.
• Messages and files you send when requesting support.

We may use information to operate and improve the site, generate and review custom designs, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and—once sales are enabled—produce, deliver, and support orders. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance.

Marketing email should only be sent where permitted, and each marketing message will provide a way to unsubscribe.

We may share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that help host the site, generate or store design assets, process payments, manufacture and ship products, provide analytics, prevent fraud, or support customers. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not plan to sell personal information for money.

Vercel hosts the site and may provide Web Analytics and Speed Insights. A distinct Google Analytics 4 property also measures final-domain page visits. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in the site configuration, and query strings are removed from the page location sent by the Google tag. We use these tools for page-level traffic, performance, and a small allowlisted set of funnel events. We do not intentionally send design prompts, names, email addresses, filenames, photographs, image dimensions, ZIP codes, addresses, order identifiers, or other submitted creative content in analytics events.

The optional design-direction shortlist stores only the selected direction slugs in your browser. Saving, removing, and clearing directions does not create an account or send the shortlist to us. If you follow a saved direction into the studio, that direction appears in the link and may be measured as an allowlisted studio source. Clearing browser storage removes the saved shortlist.

Customization may require submitted content to be processed by automated or AI-assisted tools and production partners. Do not submit private or sensitive content that is unnecessary for your design. Please review our Content Rights & AI Policy for the rules that apply to uploaded material.

We intend to keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order support, security, legal, accounting, and dispute needs. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we will use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. Available privacy rights depend on where you live. The support contact on this page will be the place to submit a request once finalized.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a child submitted personal information.

We may update this policy as the service and its vendors are finalized. The date at the top will show the latest draft. Material launch terms will be published before checkout is enabled.
