Warranty & product safety

Products are intended for ordinary recreational use unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Do not assume that a product is approved for a tournament, league, professional competition, protective use, or any purpose requiring certification.

Before each use, inspect the product for cracks, separation, sharp edges, a loose grip or handle, deformation, or other damage. Stop using it if it appears damaged or behaves unexpectedly. Keep the play area clear, follow facility rules, and use suitable supervision and protective equipment for the activity.

Do not intentionally strike hard surfaces, expose the product to extreme heat or moisture, or modify its structure. Clean it gently and store it dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight. Product-specific instructions supplied with an item take priority over this general guidance.

Custom printing may show modest differences from a screen preview. Scratches, edge wear, grip wear, fading from use, and damage caused by impacts, misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper storage are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

The warranty duration, covered components, exclusions, claim evidence, and remedy have not yet been finalized. They will be based on completed sample testing and confirmed production-partner terms, and will be published before checkout opens. No draft language on this page creates an additional written warranty.

Legal rights that apply regardless of a written warranty are not excluded by this draft.

After launch, stop using a product and contact support if you believe it is unsafe or defective. Include the order number, a description of what happened, and clear photographs. Do not discard the product or packaging until support provides instructions.
