Production comes first
A personalized product is not ready to ship immediately. After launch, each product page or checkout will show the current production estimate separately from the carrier’s estimated transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Destinations and charges
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and any free-shipping threshold have not been finalized. The available options and total charge will be shown before payment once checkout is enabled. Customers will not be charged through the current site.
Address accuracy
Customers will be responsible for checking the recipient name, street address, unit number, city, postal code, and contact details before approving an order. Contact support immediately after noticing an error. We cannot promise an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.
Tracking and split shipments
Where a carrier provides tracking, we expect to make that information available after shipment. Items in one order may be produced or delivered separately. A tracking scan can take time to appear after a label is created.
Delays, loss, and damage
Production and carrier delays can occur because of demand, weather, service disruptions, address problems, or other events outside direct control. If an order is late, lost, or arrives damaged after launch, contact support with the order number and available photographs or tracking details. We will investigate with the responsible partner before confirming a resolution.
International orders
International availability and responsibility for duties, taxes, brokerage, and import restrictions are not yet finalized. If international checkout is offered, those terms will be presented before payment.
